Upon approval of the proposal, I'll commence the design phase, working closely with the client to ensure their feedback is seamlessly integrated. My priority is to deliver a captivating, user-friendly, and fully responsive website that not only meets but exceeds their expectations. Throughout the process, communication is key, and I'm dedicated to making the client's web design journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

After completing the design phase, I will send the site to the client for review and revison. No matter what package you pick I give each of my client a round of revision. In this phase the client can tell me what they like and don't like so I can tweak and redesign the site to meet their requirements

Preparing for Launching Website can be tricky so I take this phase very seriously to make sure everything is working they way they are suppose to before launching the site. 

Quality Assurance: Thoroughly test the website for functionality, compatibility, and responsiveness on different devices and browsers. Check for broken links, missing images, and usability issues.

Content Review: Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and free from typos and grammatical errors. Review any legal content, such as terms and conditions and privacy policies.

SEO Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing meta titles, descriptions, and header tags. Create a sitemap and submit it to search engines.

Security: Install necessary security measures, such as an SSL certificate for data encryption.

Mobile Responsiveness: Confirm that the website is fully responsive, adapting to various screen sizes and orientations.

Backup: Regularly back up your website, both before and after launch, to ensure you have a restore point in case of any issues.

Contact Forms: Test all contact forms to verify that they are functioning correctly, and that submissions are being received.

Google Analytics : Set up Google Analytics to track user behavior and Google Search Console for monitoring website indexing and performance.

Privacy Compliance: Ensure your website complies with relevant data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR or CCPA) and display a clear privacy policy.

Domain and Hosting: Ensure your domain and hosting are configured correctly and ready for launch.

Legal Compliance: Confirm that your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and trademark considerations.

Accessibility: Ensure your website is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. This may include providing alternative text for images and ensuring proper heading structure.

We are all set to go live!!. In this phase, assuming I have everything I need from my client to go live and all my Pre-Launch checkmark are all checked. I simply just have to launch your brand new site. 

You can expect your site to be live in less or equal to 24HR

After the site is live I will hand over your new site and set some time on the side for a final walk-through and teach you how to navigate, make edits and updates. I will also give you a one month free of charge maintenance for choosing me.
