Terms and Conditions of Paul Web Design Solution LLC website build.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by Paul Web Design Solution LLC. By using my services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using my service.

   Scope of Services:

a. I provide website services, including but not limited to website design, development, maintenance, and related services as agreed upon between the parties.

  Client Obligations:

a. The client must provide clear and accurate instructions, materials, and assets necessary for the requested service.

b. The client shall promptly respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and any other information necessary for the completion of the service.

c. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided is legally owned, licensed, or obtained with proper permissions.

d. The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the requested services within the specified timeframe.

    Intellectual Property Rights:

a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to the service deliverables shall belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

b. The client grants Paul Web Design Solution a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the client's intellectual property solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services.

   Confidentiality:

a. Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during the course of the service as confidential and not disclose it to third parties, except as required by law.

   Limitation of Liability:

a. Paul Web Design Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services.

b. Paul Web Design Solution's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

   Termination:

a. Either party may terminate the services by providing written notice to the other party.

b. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for any work completed up until the termination date, as well as any reasonable expenses incurred by the Paul Web Design Solution LLC.

   Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chicago.

b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chicago.

   Amendments:

a. Paul Web Design Solution LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

b. Updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
